    Please follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
    There are no discounts or refunds for shortening your stay after arrival.

Room Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in:

  • $100 for standard stays

  • $200 for guests with pets

Deposits can be made by credit/debit card or cash.
Please return your room key to the front desk at check-out to receive your deposit refund.
A $20 fee will apply for lost or unreturned room keys.

If any items are missing from the room (e.g., towels, cups, bathrobes, coffee machine) or damage occurs to the room or hotel property, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
If damages exceed $100, the guest will be charged the additional amount, or other arrangements will be made.

Pool & Hot Tub

  • Open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM

  • No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area.

  • Late-night activities in the pool atrium are strictly prohibited.

Limousine Service

  • A reservation is required.

  • Service is available until 9:30 PM; all guests must return to the hotel by 10:00 PM.

  • The complimentary shuttle service covers within 10 miles of the hotel, and travel time is limited to 15 minutes each way.

  • No pick-ups after 10:00 PM.

Bar Service

If you would like a drink, please ask the bartender at the front desk for assistance.

Breakfast

  • Served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

  • Location: Main Dining Area

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, or other substances) is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, public areas, outdoor spaces, and private balconies/terraces.

  • Designated smoking areas are located:

    • In front of the building

    • On both sides of the building

Refrigerator & Ice

  • Complimentary bottled water is provided in your room refrigerator.

  • Each room includes a mini ice maker. Simply add water and press the start button—ice will be ready in approximately 6 minutes.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are not to be left unattended in guest rooms.

  • Pets are allowed only in your assigned room and outdoor areas.

  • Upon check-in, a front desk associate will direct you to your designated pet-friendly room and explain the proper entry route.

Lost & Found

Please ensure all personal belongings are taken before check-out.
If any items are left behind, we will contact you.
You will have 3 months from the date of our call to retrieve your items.

  • Picked up in person, or
