Birthday Celebration Package

Celebrate with a customized room arrangement prepared for the selected room. Advance reservation and hotel confirmation are required. Pricing is based on room size and the amount of decorating work required, not the type of celebration. Available details may include flowers, cake, balloons, champagne, and room decoration.

Anniversary Celebration Package

Mark a special anniversary with a customized room arrangement. Advance reservation and hotel confirmation are required. The same room-size and decorating-work pricing used for our other celebration packages applies.

Baby Shower Celebration Package

Plan a welcoming baby shower arrangement customized for the selected room. Advance reservation and hotel confirmation are required. The same room-size and decorating-work pricing used for our other celebration packages applies.

Airport Pickup & Drop-Off – Confirmation Required

This scheduled transportation service is for airport pickup from the airport to the hotel or airport drop-off from the hotel to the airport. It uses a private SUV or standard passenger vehicle. It is not a 24-hour driver service and is not available on demand. Advance request and hotel confirmation are required.

Please provide the following information in Guest Comments (Any Personal Requests): arrival or departure, airport, airline, flight number, date, pickup time, number of passengers, number of bags, and phone number.

If any information is incomplete, the hotel may contact the guest by telephone or email. Guests may also call or email the hotel directly to confirm their request.

Private Transportation Request – Additional Charge

This is an additional-charge transportation service for restaurants, shopping, meetings, weddings, events, local transportation, and other non-airport destinations. It is separate from complimentary airport transportation.

Transportation requested again after check-in requires a new request and depends on vehicle and staff availability. Final availability and pricing must be confirmed by the hotel.

Request Early Check-In — $0

This is a request only and is not guaranteed. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-in between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM may be complimentary if the room is ready. Earlier arrival may be available for $20 per hour after front desk confirmation.

Approval depends on room readiness and the previous guest’s departure. Any applicable charge is added only after hotel confirmation.

Request Late Check-Out — $0

This is a request only and is not guaranteed. Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Check-out between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM may be complimentary when available. Additional time may be available for $20 per hour after front desk confirmation.

Approval depends on availability and may not be possible when another guest is arriving that day. Any applicable charge is added only after hotel confirmation.
